Artist Statement
A bottomless of the mysteries of a world. When I start painting with a theme, I do not get going after imaging a whole picture first. One by one, I paint each life and things wholeheartedly – whereupon, I am exploring a fantasy world. The lives that appear form a painting start singing, I enjoy with them while painting. The colors and shapes in a painting play vivid sounds like a guitar, piano, organ or a harmonica. The background beats the bouncing sounds like the drums and a sound of the bass will join in. All sounds make the astonishing music. I value each pieces of intensity to make the music powerful.
For this show, I express the mysteries and energies of a world, also make triptychs on 3-wooden-panels. I want to paint as enchanting. I have a belief the music come from paintings will cheer us up.
