Artist Statement:

What I always wanted to express is that there is fresh beauty in everything. This exhibition theme is “Vase.” A vase itself has its own sense of beauty; its shape, its interests. When it is placed in a space, it seems as if it is making a boundary. However, it is actually connected to everything. I can also describe various phenomena from the images of vases. The motif of the “Vase” offers endless possibilities of eternity.

Being alive has a fresh pleasure that words cannot express. I want to share this feeling with everyone. It can be best expressed by producing these paintings of vases.
